3D Scanning — With our expertise in 3D scanning, we accurately digitize existing buildings and spaces. What is LiDAR — LiDAR scanning (Light Detection and Ranging) is a technique in which a scanner emits thousands of laser pulses per second to accurately map a space or building. When the laser hits an object, it is reflected back to the sensor. The scanner then measures exactly how long it takes for the laser to return. Based on this time, the system calculates the distance to each measured point. This results in an extremely accurate digital representation of the entire space.
As-Built — As-built drawings provide an accurate representation of the actual conditions. Using 3D scans and point cloud data, we precisely capture buildings and spaces and process this data into consistent drawings and models. This ensures that clients always have access to up-to-date and reliable project information for future work and facility management.
