With a focus on expanding the existing store and redesigning the facade.
The Albert Heijn in Enter, located on Pastoor Heimerikxstraat, is a local project for us in the Twente region. We carried out this project in phases, in close collaboration with the business owner and DRDS.
In the first phase, the focus was on expanding the existing store. To achieve this, an opening was created into the adjacent store, providing additional space for an improved store layout and customer experience.
We took care of everything for the business owner during this phase by preparing the architectural drawings and guiding the permitting process. This allowed the expansion process to proceed efficiently and in an organized manner, laying a solid foundation for the project’s further development.
In the second phase of the project for Albert Heijn in Enter, we focused on redesigning the facade.
We managed the entire process, from the initial design concept through to the development of structural drawings for the building permit application.
The emphasis was on creating a look that complements the renovated supermarket while meeting all technical and legal requirements.
Throughout this process, we provided guidance and advice to the business owner. Thanks to this close collaboration, we achieved a strong and well-thought-out end result.
